Refund policy

All sales are final, due to the custom made, personalized nature of what we sell, we do not issue refunds or exchanges.

In the rare instance that an order gets lost or damaged in transit, we will contact the shipping provider. You must allow us 30 working days to contact and resolve this with the third party. Once the case is resolved we will then issue a replacement order. If you would rather a refund for a damaged item you must return the item to us before we can process a refund, this must be done within 7 working days of receiving your order. Return address details are available via email and must be pre-arranged before being sent back to us, we will provide a shipping label for you to do this in line with your consumer rights. Customer dissatisfaction is not considered faulty. Faulty related only to items which arrive; torn, with rips or stains. A faulty item must be used, unworn and with the original packaging.

By placing any order, you are agreeing to all policies and content of this page as well as the specific terms of purchase.

All orders are final.

Once an order is placed it may only be discussed with the customer directly.

Membership terms apply to all and any orders for membership, should you find your membership revoked for any reason you will not receive a refund.​

Quality

All items are hand, custom made to order.  Design placement and size may vary. Garment brand may vary from order to order depending on supplier availability.

Vouchers and gift cards

Vouchers and gift cards hold no cash value and are subject to a 1 year expiry.

Discounts

Discounts cannot be applied after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to withdraw discounts at any given time.

Shipping

We use multiple shipping providers, all orders are sent fully insured and trackable. We use a manual tracker due to the different providers, a link to this can be found on the store page.

Turnaround & dispatch times

Due to the personalized, custom nature of our items sold, we ask you allow the approximate dispatch times:

Stickers and vinyl - Up to 3 weeks

HTV items such as hoodies & membership packs - Up to 16 weeks.​

The right to cancel 

In the UK, which we are governed from, there is a 14-day cooling-off period for most purchases, but this does not apply to custom-made items and orders may not be cancelled or amended after payment is made.

Order acceptance 

You have 48 hours from the date/time of delivery to report any issues with your order.

​​We use multiple shipping providers, all orders are sent fully insured and trackable. We use a manual tracker due to the different providers, a link to this can be found on the store page. As the seller we are responsible for making any queries to the shipping provider in the event of delayed, damaged or missing items however we require your assistance when needed. (You will be required to provide photo evidence of damage to packaging etc) 

We use; Royal mail. Evri and Inpost to deliver. 

Once an order is delivered you have 48 hours to report any issues.
