By placing an order for this product you are confirming that you have read and understood the ELIGIBILITY & RULES page which is relevant to all members, you are confirming you agree to these terms. Failure to comply with group rules, or purchasing membership / member items when you are not eligible will result in your membership being terminated without refund. If purchasing membership items, you confirm you still have an active membership and are on the members list as found in the private VIP group. 

ENSURE YOU HAVE READ THE ADDITIONAL TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP! YOUR MEMBERSHIP CAN BE TERMINATED WITHOUT REFUND IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE GROUP RULES OR ANY ADDITIONAL RULES/ MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY TERMS.

If you purchase a pack using the name/ address of your partner or someone else, if the name is male we will not be able to send out your pack until you have contacted us,this is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to ensure you contact us. We will not replace stickers or be responsible if the pack is sent out in someone elses name. When you purchase on behalf of someone else, it is entirely your responsiblity to ensure you make the person you're purchasing for aware of the full club and membership rules. As soon as the pack is purchased, you are agreeing to the club rules etc on their behalf. It is your responsibility to provide us with up to date names and contact information. We cannot ship to any other address than the one on the order.

Your driver number will NOT be released until you receive your pack.

Membership is only available to members who fully identify as female, who are over the age of 17, who are not pets, children or cars. It is limited to one membership per person, numbers can't be split or shared and can be terminated after a review if you break any of the club rules.

If it's suspected by a member of the team that you have not read all of the relevant information you face your order being cancelled - or your membership terminated without refund.

MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION
Out of over 600 drivers we have only had to terminate 12 memberships!
Termination of membership is not taken lightly, and will only happen if several admins are in agreement that your behaviour impacts the group negatively, for example if you show continued disregard for group rules or other members. 
Another situation where you will have your membership terminated is where you fail to make us aware of a change in your situation which may impact you eligibility - for example, if you were to become an admin for another female community and fail to make us aware.
Members only get one tag/warning, if you continue to break group rules you will receive strikes as usual, once you hit three you will be removed from the club without further warning or discussion and you will not be reimbursed for your membership costs. Once membership is revoked you will be banned from all applicable groups and services.
Membership will NOT be refunded if it is terminated after review and you will not be reimbursed for any additional purchases!
