We aim to print all lanyards, tshirts and hoodies in white however this is heavily dependent on stock levels and any colour may be used.
You must be aged 17 or over to purchase driver membership. One membership per person and you are required to have a full UK drivers licence.
* You are not able to request numbers - these are allocated at random! You are also NOT able to swap or exchange numbers! On occasion we may have a number you want come up, if you are looking for something specific please add a note to seller and we will accomodate where possible but it's very rare this is possible *

If you purchase a pack using the name/ address of your partner or someone else, if the name is male we will not be able to send out your pack until you have contacted us,this is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to ensure you contact us. If the name is female the pack may be produced using their name and not the person it was intended for. We will NOT resend the card vinyl free of charge.
PLEASE NOTE THE NAME ENTERED ON THE CARD IS THE NAME YOU PLACE THE ORDER IN!These cards must NOT be edited or defaced - We will only enter first names on the ID card.
Your driver number will NOT be released until you receive your pack.
You MUST enter the colour exactly as it is written below, for example, if you want plain red enter gloss red, not just 'red' as this will default to white as it's not recognised and you will NOT be refunded as per the T&C's.
This is because we will not know if you want gloss red, glitter red or sparkle red, so it defaults unless there is a direct match.

Membership is only available to members who fully identify as female, who are over the age of 17, who are not pets, children or cars. It is limited to one membership per person, numbers can't be split or shared and can be terminated after a review if you break any of the club rules.
If it's suspected by a member of the team that you have not read all of the relevant information you face your order being cancelled - or your membership terminated without refund.-----------------------------------------------
The club rules
So, the only issues we've ever encountered are from people who have rushed into buying membership with us without fully understanding the rules which need to be followed in order to be a driver for the club.
The main rules which people have lost their membership over have been:
- You must make us aware of any changes of your situation, for example if you find yourself as a team member for what you may consider a competing/ blacklisted group then you must make us aware within 24 hours of this change. (These groups include any other female based community or brand, as well as any community which has been known to cause issues for CGC as a club.)
-DO NO encourage, admit to or imply any illegal activity. Including but not limited to speeding, criminal damage or insurance fraud.
- DO NOT get products made/ make items yourself with the Car Girl Culture brand name on, or replicate any of our original designs.

Terms of purchase
By placing an order for membership there are additional terms of purchase
The main terms to be aware of are (however all are important!):
- No cash refunds are made.
- Returns are not accepted.- We will not refund or replace any stickers which get damaged due to UV rays or other natural conditions such as snow or cold temperatures.
- You agree you have read the product care page in full before making your purchase
- You agree you have read the FAQ's page in FULL before making your purchase

MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION
Termination of membership is not taken lightly, and will only happen if several admins are in agreement that your behaviour impacts the group negatively.
Another situation where you will have your membership terminated is where you fail to make us aware of a change in your situation which may impact you eligibility - for example, if you were to become an admin for another female community and fail to make us aware.
Members only get one tag/warning, if you continue to break group rules you will receive strikes as usual, once you hit three you will be removed from the club without further warning or discussion and you will not be reimbursed for your membership costs. Once membership is revoked you will be banned from all applicable groups and services.
Membership will NOT be refunded if it is terminated after review and you will not be reimbursed for any additional purchases!
